Black cat med hair length whit u day chin and belly.

I think this cat is a male but not sure. He showed up a few months ago. We have a colony of tag and released strays on our street. He is new is not tag and release and doesn’t seem to know how to be a street cat. He’s very stressed out and getting into a lot of fights. His tail is always down so I’m worried he’s injured. He won’t let any of us near him. We feed the stray and they are all friendly with us. I think he’s is a lost pet.
