Joe ia a neglected animal from a hoarding hse.A bunch of woman stopped to help the multitude of cats 2 years ago and since then I go to fed those remainly cats. Joe is the last to be caught from the 12 cats that were there.They were taken from the yard with a consent from the home owners for medical treatment. Since a month ago the owner has had a medical situation.and the wife does not want them there.I have been feeding but he has not returned in a while.I wonder if he is owned or ran somewhere because of all the metals being removed. The male home owner did say he was theirs,but left outside to fend for themselves.The man had/has Dementia.
