So sorry it’s not the best picture, but we’ve seen this sweet little baby a couple of times in the Capitol Hill/Eastern Market area. We think she’s a girl, but we’re not entirely sure! She’s super social & wants a lot of love. Another neighbor left some food for her & we dropped off some water. She’s pretty skinny & doesn’t have a collar, so we wanted to make sure she wasn’t someone’s fur baby who got out. ❤️🐈⬛
