We found this sweet girl in the middle of the road near State St & Eagle Rd early this morning (9/1). She actually stopped in front of our van and wouldn’t move, and we were worried she was going to get hit, so we brought her somewhere safe. She’s very friendly and clearly comfortable with people, so I’m hoping someone is missing her. Her fur is pretty matted, so she may have been out for a while. I’m taking her to the vet this morning to have her checked over and scanned for a microchip.
