It's clear, this poor pup has never been groomed. She is covered in thick mats, her rear end has feces clinging to it, and her toe nails are painfully long, and she's unsteady on her feet. Her teeth are rotten and her mouth and gums are terribly inflamed. I have no doubt that Annie's owner loves her, but Annie deserves an advocate and we are required to report such cases when we see them.
