He is a beautiful boy! I've seen several post about him but every time I went to feed him, he was no where to be found. I hope owners come forward. If not, he may have been dumped. Ish Creek is a known place for people to dump animals 😢

Just FYI, you cannot rehome a stray in TN unless they have been posted for a minimum amount of day. Just so you don't get in legal trouble. Please take the pup to a local shelter they can also post and care for the pup in the meantime. MAARC and Blount County Animal Shelter are both non-.
