Pam Nelson Yes, I also grew up in a small town, there certainly wasn't leash laws there. That was when dogs were dogs. Like my sister always says, "dogs are people now".

Georgia Jackson, back in my day animals never had collars. And I was from a small town and people just let their dogs roam. And I can’t believe that was OK and nowadays I am totally against people letting their cats or dogs roam.

Pam Nelson My son when he was a boy used to bring strays home and they usually had collars with vet rabies tag. We would call vet and they would contact owner. 😂 Often times my boy would be given reward money and no matter the reward amount given he would think he struck gold! 🤣
