Tammy Milbrath, lol… How we say St. Paul and Minneapolis control. You know, I wish people could just hold onto the cat or dog they find for five days and really work hard on finding the owner. And if the owner can’t be found and we know someone who would be an absolute loving pet parent… it would be nice if we could find loving homes after the stray hold so they don’t have to go to the Humane Society or animal control where it’s loud and noisy and a lot of them get stressed out. My parents would get so mad at me when I was younger because I would bring every single stray from the streets home 🥰

Tammy Milbrath, and it’s always such a good idea to call Minneapolis and St. Paul animal control because sometimes dogs are picked up and dumped.
