Absolutely call Animal Control immediately. If this cat has very short legs, it may be a breed of cats called Munchkins. Fairly rare and probably microchipped. Animal Control can come to your house and scan for a chip or you can take it to any veterinary office and they can scan it as well. Post on Pawboost and other neighborhood websites. Please keep it inside and if you can’t, it needs to be in a shelter. Thanks for saving this kitty.
