Jacob Wood there’s only been acouple sightings of tegus around GA and this is due to people buying them and not realizing they get huge and can be a lot to care for. This one definitely had an owner and was let go, got out, or got away from them during some outside time. This morph could not just be produced in the wild by black and whites these are selectively bred.

Hi there is actually a sizable population of white and black tegu that have been spreading do to so many people leaving them in the wild I imagine the same with red tegu so it most likely never had an owner. If no one else wants it though id be interested
