Found this sweet, scruffy pup around 69th & Cimarron. Found wearing the flea collar. No tags. Not chip. Health/Condition Notes: He has some noticeable fur loss and irritated skin around the front of his neck/throat area. Current Status: Safe and being kept comfortable for now.
