My niece and daughter brought this precious pooch home in the middle of the night on 10/11. He was very scared and extremely dirty from all of the rain. He is getting lots of love and has had a nice warm bath along with a good spray down with a flea & tick treatment and is eating well. He appears to be a Jackshund and is older but can really move. I will take him to the local Portsmouth Humane Society and hope the owner sees this. The website indicates that the shelter will not reopen until Wed, 10/14 at 12pm, so I will get a family member to take him there. ? He is a wonderful, sweet dog - rarely barks, fully trained, and obeys commands. He loves to snuggle in your lap and enjoys belly rubs. I also have the collar in which he was wearing.
