Daniel Padilla well San Diego humane society has a very low euthanasia rate as well as the dog could have been lost . SDHS checks for microchip and that’s where owners check. SDHS is not a slaughterhouse like the Riverside shelters. Understand the fundamental differences ! This is the first time u mentioned a potion owner, a homeless person. Did u literally see them with the dog? Did you confirm it’s their dog not one they just happened upon? Thanks for providing food and water. If the dog is confirmed positively to be the unhoused persons dog, well then a lost post is probably not needed right? However providing food and water 💦 and perhaps offering supplies to owner would be helpful

Lost and found pets of North County we think he is or belongs to a homeless person, but yes there is food and water for him. And he is not easy to catch as you get close he scatters. And at the shelter if no one picks him up in a number of days what do you think will happen to him?...I just wanted to post his face so if someone reckonizes him they can pick him up, not to take to the dog pound which I think it's worst for him. Respectfully. I understand your concern that is why I posted this up in the first place....
