Please help me find Neggro, his is my uncles dog and his only companion now that all his children are grown up. He is one of the construction workers for the new splash pad at Portola Park. He's a very sweet dog, from the was he goes crazy from excited from looking at my uncle I know he's feeling just as heartbroken as my uncle is right now.
