Message from Finder
He's been roaming my neighborhood and backyard the past few nights. Fed and gave him water. He was scared at first but warmed up and sped barking after being offered food and water. He sends well cared for and has a collar but no tag. We'll take him to vet to check for chip, but if not registered, can anyone step up to foster until owner is found? We're going out of town tomorrow and can't leave him unattended
