Be sure and post on nextdoor, Cincinnati Tri-State Area Lost and Found Pets (includes NKY and SE IN) and Middletown, OH and Surrounding Area's Lost and Found Pets. File a report with the shelter, put up signs everywhere, hang some your unwashed clothing outside, and sit out some smelly food for him.
