Description
Very sweet female black cat with a white spot on her chest and tummy. She has no visible wounds or diseases, only thing wrong is she is malnourished, very skinny. She's very friendly likes head kisses and comes when you call her. Is a little skittish around loud noises though.

Very friendly, has a high pitched meow, no collar, was on our neighbors roof on west Washington. Got her down. Hisses at other cats, but out door cats were also seen chasing her yesterday.
