I saw this guy outside my window and we made eye contact. Clearly he is looking for his people. He came to me when I called him and he cowered. His back is shaved but his head and legs are matted. Super sweet and willing to be picked up. Thin but not boney. Not neutered. I took him to RACC on 3/24 (today).
