Black cat with white face and paws. Distinct meow.

This cat was meowing and very eager to engage while we were on our bike ride. I am not sure if it is just extremely friendly or was asking for help. It looked healthy apart from some spots on its nose. We didn't take it with us but I wanted to post just in case someone is looking for it. I don't know much more but I do have more pictures.
