DESCRIPTION

Morkie, golden brown/black, white belly. Long legs (if recently groomed) - might be scruffy/unkept/longer fur by now, big brown eyes, one curl in tail, floppy ears. Very friendly, excitable.

Sarah Bear is a Conrad chipped and or tattooed and does the registration lead back to you? Do you have vet bills or can get copies? You’ll need proof that you are the owner. City licence?

Mandy Weldon file# 23049764 case#CA23045001 Not sure which number they use as reference. I reported this to the police back in the beginning of February. I didn't put it in the actual post because I am scared that the people who stole him might call and tell the police that he has been found or that he has not actually been stolen. They are very manipulative people and have gone as far as to change their names on fb and change their profile pictures to random things instead of their faces to avoid being found
