It's the Next Door app, just install it on your phone or computer. Then you select the neighborhood area you live in and surrounding neighborhoods to follow. You can then post for those areas you selected. I copied your link and posted to Abbeydale and New Brighten community groups plus lost/found pets and 1-2 others. So, if anyone sees the share, they'll click the Facebook link and see your post and hopefully get in touch.
Also, maybe check with nearby/next door neighbors if they have security cameras and anything showed up the day your pup went missing as it may have caught those who took him.
The other thing is call Calgary Police and file a stolen property report for the replacement value of your dog and get a stolen property file incident number
Dogs are considered property under law, so if someone takes the dog to the vet, the vet sometimes get notified of stolen animals and thry can seize the dog and call CPS. Then the thieves can be charged.
If the replacement value is over $5000, it would be Grand Theft, up to 6 years - under 5K, it's a summary conviction of up to 2 years and $6K fines.
So check with neighbors security cameras, call nearby vets in case Conrad is brought in and give them the stolen property files number from the police.
Also check Kijiji regularly for Yorkies being sold, even go and check other cities in Alberta and other provinces. About 2 years ago a girl tracked her stolen dig from Kijiji in BC and because she filed an RCMP report, thry were able to charge the guy trying to resell the dog.
Hope some of this helps.
