Found/Stray Dog in Vernon, CA 90058

Dog was very scared and I can tell he was not use to this lifestyle. The dog had been trying to stay in the gated parking lot that had people working in, because of how scared he was to step further into any street. The area he was found is not the safest since it is a very busy street. I noticed he seemed to follow more males who were outside, and based on his reaction he seemed to have an owner. The dog might be 1 - 2 years old. His Fur and teeth seem well taken care of, and is overall a sweet baby. In the area I found him nobody was willing to help him besides just pet him. As businesses began to close late afternoon the dog was still in the gated parking lot and seemed that they were going to just leave him there or eventually force him out into the dangerous alley/street of the parking lot. I had to take him so he can at least be safe with food, water and shelter. Please let me know if this is someone's baby. I would really want to locate his family. He seems to look around for his family a lot, please spread the word thank you so much!
