Blonde and white dog. Longer hair on tail. Had a strange black circle on one side but it didn’t look like hair. Couldn’t get close enough to find out.

Dog was running into traffic on Memorial and May. Was able to get the dog to turn down May and into cedar springs road. The dog went bending some hses and was laying near the pond. Wasn’t able to get close
