Thank you so much for keeping an eye on this adorable found mackerel silver tabby cat. Does he or she appear hungry or frightened? Would it be possible for someone to get close enough to scan kitty for a chip (you may find a neighborhood volunteer on Nextdoor who will come to you with a portable scanner)? Have you searched this page and others in the area for “Kissimmee" or "(your neighborhood or zip code)" or "silver" or "mackerel“ — keywords that may have been used to describe the cat in a lost post -- to find a match? If not chipped and you can confirm gender, I'll help by searching elsewhere and let you know what I find. Please share on other local lost and found pages, if possible, as well as Nextdoor and ask anyone claiming kitty for veterinary records to prove guardianship (there’ve been multiple reports of people trying to claim found cats to use as dog fighting bait). His name is buddy, he is our outside cat. I’m in Catherine Street (Orange Gardens) all the neighbors feed him and provide shelter outside (porch)
