Black and white giant dog with thousands of TICKS. Found a couple of weeks ago but finally caught May 31st in SB

Black and white dane found with thousands of TICKS. Very skiddish. Has several scabs, hematomas, and a couple of skin injuries. Reported to shelter. No chip. Safe with rescue until owner is found.
