Why return to the owner? He's obviously malnourished or sick. Call the police or Animal control. He'll just go back to being in their backyard or crate. This is animal abuse or at least animal neglect 😢

Guys he looks like he’s 14 or 15. Dogs look bad when the are elderly. They loose weight their teeth etc. he probably doesn’t even know where he’s at. Poor baby. He can’t have traveled far as old as he looks.

OH! This precious pup. needs help and care, and medically checked over. Please FATHER IN HEAVEN KEEP THIS SWEET PUP SAFE, and please lead a kind, loving person to love, care, and give this pup a place in their home, where he/she will be safe, loved, cared for, with all his/her needs met, and allowed to be family. Outdoor living is not a good quality of life for a pet. TOO LONELY, weather gets bad, and a pet is at great risk of harm outdoors living! This sweet pup deserves love and a kind, loving family, indoors with them. FATHER, PLEASE! Thank you FATHER, in JESUS’ name I pray. AMEN ❤️!
