Doesnt necessarily mean the dog is neglected. When my dog was really old he looked neglected. But he wasnt. He had kidney and heart issues and saw a vet regularly. Its just how they can look at that stage.

Helen Swim Bearden There aren’t animal services in Frisco. They have to take it to the pound in Collin county. Frisco doesn’t have an animal shelter.

This dog looks like he has been abandoned and neglected! Why would you want to give him back to a horrible human being? Take him to the animal hospital. He needs medical attention!

Bring him to Frisco Emergency Pet Service in Frisco on Preston. They take in strays and will hold for 48 hrs and scan for chip.
