Pumpkin has been missing for about a week and a half. She went missing from Dalewood Drive/Stanley Park area of Kitchener. She is a grey tabby cat with a bit of orange under her belly and the tip of her tail is black. She is a grey cat and is very loved and missed. If you have seen her or have any information, please reach out. Even the smallest detail could help us find her.

She/he could easily have ventured further than normal from being scared off from either prey or loud noises pushing her/him away from where it’s familiar. Try going outside their usual perimeter and placing things that smell of home (like shreds of a blanket or shirt, or vacuum bag contents) trailing back to your area that she/he knows. If indoor only… Checking neighbors backyard properties is crucial. (Neighbors will not check as thoroughly as you will, or at all, so ask them if you can check) Indoor cats will hide quickly after getting outside. Check under bushes and remember, when afraid, they won’t respond to you calling them. Someone in my area had their cat get out and she found him 3 and a half weeks later only 4 houses away hiding in a backyard under patio furniture. The only reason he was detected was because the lady who lived there happened to look out her window and see him under the table in the backyard and recalled seeing the lost cat notice on our community FB page. -put out (unwashed) cat bed/blankets/your clothes that smell of home -put up posters in your area- important-not everyone is on facebook + if someone sees your cat but cannot find your lost cat post -leave a basement window or garage door open enough they can get in.

Be sure to check in neighbors backyards yourself if possible indoor cats tend to stay very close to home and put up posters as well 🙏

- [ ] Shared post - [ ] Please look right away as coyote mating season is over for now but coyotes and foxes do still on occasion check out the subdivision areas. Put out something with your scent or yours feline’s and monitor the sight against predators and other cats. Go out at night with flashlight to see eye reflections and shaking treats. Check under decks, porches, bushes, trees parked cars rap on hood, check wheel wells, furnace/dryer exhausts and vents, window wells. If possible leave a door or window open where your feline can return. Good luck praying, fingers crossed for a safe return soon! Post when found as we all care!🙏 ♥️

Oh she’s beautiful! I’m praying she’s found safe, secured, and very soon! She’s most likely nearby, but will come out at night when it’s quiet. That’s the time to look for her. Shake her treats, calling her name and hopefully you should get her back! 🩷🩷🩷🙏🙏🙏
