White medium long hair small dog, has tear stains near the eye eyes and nose. Sweet, however is cautious of people.

Sighted dog around Dayton Polytechnic High School Area near apmts on Dayton Ave. has been seen laying in the grass, walking around the inner courtyards of the two buildings and the parking areas. Mostly been spotted in the mornings and once this afternoon. I have seen him a few times only was able to approach once and he sniffed my finger before moving away because of a nearby loud noise. Tried to get him to follow me but was too scared and took off. Several hours later I spotted him wondering around the inner courtyard of my apmt complex looking for shade, from my window.
