This poor cat showed up at my door about 8 weeks ago with a collar that was embedded in this arm pit which left a large gapping hole that is oozing pus as well as strap marks on his neck and shoulder that removed his fur. Someone owned this cat as a kitten and had him inside their hse. Unfortunately they put a kitten sized collar on him, didn't have enough sense to have him neutered and he became an adult cat with an embedded kitten collar. He is suffering due to the stupidity of some human!
