Cats don't usually go far from home. Put some clothing outside that the cat likes to lay on and some food too. Post pictures of the cat around the neighborhood and on the Nextdoor app. Check with the neighbors to see if the cat might be in their garage or shed. Walk around the area calling the cat's name and take some food with you to lure the cat out in case you see or hear the cat. Check the shelters, Craigslist and newspaper. Also, leave your garage door slightly open so the cat can get in.
