Midnight is very friendly, he will come up to anyone. He was also wearing a blue bandana and a black collar. He has id tags on one is a rabies tag and the other is his license. He's my mother in-laws dog so his tags are registered to LORAIN COUNTY. WE were dog sitting him when he got loose. Please if someone has seen him or has him please return him or take him to Newburgh Heights police station.
