Geez can anyone hold him instead of leaving him on the street? That harness will be extremely hot on him, during day time. Frustrating how not enough of people step up even after seeing him suffer. But hey, America does not care. They don’t care about all the genocide happening. of course they won’t care for one single animal who simply cannot take care of himself.
