Heard a poor kitty just cry meowing outside on my patio. I gave it some salmon and it meowed loudly the whole time it ate. Looked very young and wasn’t a mean cat. I’m allergic, so I let him go. He is in this neighborhood if he’s your cat. No tag or collar

Do you know if he was fixed? i am missing a unfixed boy cat that looks like him! although he had a white spot on his chest which i'm not seeing in the picture
