He got out through a broken fence last night at around 10 pm, Someone spotted him at 10:45 infront of Clay Bank Apartments walking down toward Travis AFB and it looked like he had a limp but he was too timid and wouldnt approach them. He may be more wary to men but will not bite regardless. He is not chipped, but the nearby shelter and animal hospitals know about him. Couple hundred dollar reward for whoever brings him come
