This dog has been out for over 3 hours wandering the neighborhood. It’s getting tired and that’s how I was able to take it’s picture, but couldn’t get close enough to check to see if it he has tags. Poor thing wants to go now and seems thirsty but it won’t come over to me or follow me . It seems to want to stay near this street corner at Nisbet and 37th Street. Please help this dog if you see it!!
