Please next me if this cat belongs to you. He is super friendly, which leads me to believe that he belonged to somebody at some point in time. My thought was he was either dumped or possibly a stray cat. I have other cats so I had gotten them last week so he is now neutered has his rabies vaccination for year and another vaccination
