You could call Waco PD and ask for dispatch. 254-750-7500 if you see them again. Tell them you've seen these two and they wandering near Valley Mills Dr and might possibly cause a wreck. Sometimes on the weekend, they have transferred me to Woodway PD and their Animal Control will help. Thanks for posting and I have shared your post.
