Sheena GarnerHi, Sheena. That is the most recent photo that I have; however he has been missing since Feb. 11. He is (was) not neutered or microchipped (unless an agency did that and returned him to the streets).

Does Newport have a microchip? Is that the latest picture of him? Has he been neutered? Is one of his ears clipped?
