🔸Lost Cat Resources🔸 Below is our generic written post for those with lost cats. 🔸Also we can send links to other possible resource options you may want to use, if you want them we can pm you.🔸 ➖➖➖➖ We suggest getting flyers made asap and handing them out to the neighbors to ask for camera footage for Sightings etc. It's also an idea to get a food station & a warming shelter (shelter for cat to be protected from weather elements) put out. Also put things that smell like your cat. Did you look everywhere inside? If so, then do a thorough ground search immediately outside, especially at night. Use a good flashlight and shine it under and behind everything. Call softly and carry opened canned food or favorite treat. Do not expect him to come running to you; he's likely hiding really well. You need to look everywhere. Put out some of your dirty laundry (blankets or sweatshirts eyc with your scent on it. Also his bed!/ blanket; the scent may draw him home. Keep a door or window ajar so he can get back in, or stay close to an open window so you can hear him when he returns. It works be good to knock on neighbor's doors as well and go in person to Scraps daily. Post on Nextdoor.com and maybe craigslist . I hope you find your kitty soon!
