Tabby, around 1 yr old orange older, doesn't appear to be neutered

Cat has been seen by my family roaming around a few days or so, and he seems to have lost more weight. We're putting food out for him and he is very calm, will let you pet him but I'm worried because of the heat. Food we leave will usually be blown away or cleaned up by the gardeners and maintenance daily.

do you know if he is still in that area? I have been searching for my cat, George and we are close to the area. he went missing around the same time you started seeing him. I have been searching for him I even walked around the apartments a couple of nights to see if I could spot that cat. I'm just saying cause he likes to lay on vehicles and block walls.
