Just saw a cat like this in Guilderland ny. He was outside of Star plaza heading toward Vent fitness. Tried to get him to come to me, he was afraid and ran. It is very cold out tonight. It was 3:14am when I saw him, looked to be all black. Was hiding under my car because it was warm and running.
