Hello, neighbor of mine found this baby while camping near Harper’s Ferry (near the Shenandoah River to be exact). Black cat, with a small white tuft in the middle of her chest. Can’t tell the gender, but I’m guessing it’s a she, and was found with a purple collar. She’s absolutely adorable and I haven’t checked for a microchip yet.
