Listen. I saw a senior woman and her caregiver with a dog that looked like PINKY in the IHOP on Arroyo Parkway about a month ago. The dog was in a dog carrier the senior's caregiver carried. I commented on the sweet puppy. The se ior woman Saud she "rescued him" found him "on the street".. giving him a good home now.. I would check with the people who work at that IHOP and see if she cones back thete ..it was on a Thursdzy a out noon, about 3-4 weeks ago...maybe one of the waitresses will remember.. the woman. The woman's caretaker and the dog in a carrying case. Sat in the first booth towards the door by the window. As you come in. Good luck. It's worth a shot. ..
