Bambi is Missing in Austin, TX

I have a friend that had a dog named Bambi that most likely got stolen. She was in a back yard and the chain holding it was cut off. Happened around Anderson and Wooten Park drive. JUST FOR MORE CONTEXT: My friend and her boyfriend where living around Anderson and wooten park drive. He was in the process of moving to a new apmt and area. While they where gone taking boxes to the new place, thats when this occurred. It occurred around Thanksgiving time. My friend does suspect a person of interest, but of course it could be anyone. But there was a neighbor that lived down the street from them, that was acquainted with her boyfriend, he would come over and hang out sometimes, not very often, but sometimes, well he had a male pit bull that he owns, not too sure of the exact color, but a darker male pit bull. He asked my friend if she was interested into breeding Bambi with his male, she nicely declined his offer, in another instance he asked her again, "are you sure you wouldn't want to breed her? What about sell her to me?" "Your not interested in selling her to me?" She again declined because , well its her baby, she has had her since she was born, thats her baby. Well a week goes by, and thats when Bambi went missing, was around a week later. Her boyfriend and her went to where the guy was living at to see if the guy had seen anything or knew anything about Bambi being missing, and the roommates said the guy had moved out, and it was true because all of his belongings that where once there, where no longer there, they told her that he moved to the south side of austin. Description of POSSIBLE suspect: he was a white guy, unkempt light brown hair, late 40's early 50's. Has a colostomy bag.
