Please post on Pawboost and Petfinder (it's free), and notify animal control. Also post flyers at nearby vets' offices, and places like Petsmart, Petco, Hollywood Feed, and Pet Supplies Plus. Make sure that owner is verified through photos, or vet records. Would be great if he was microchipped.
