He’s very skittish and will not come near me. If I approach, he runs. It seems like he’s a stray but hoping someone is looking for him

Carmen Burgos Perez hi, I posted this cat. I was unable to get him bc he ran away from me the times I tried to approach. I haven’t seen him recently since my walking schedule has changed but I saw him a bunch of times around the Hartford Healthcare on Black Rock Ave and other times at the Eleanor/Franklin apartment building on Black Rock Ave and Park Ave. Those may be his main hangout spots, not sure where else other than the Bridgeport Rescue Mission lot (where he’s run off to when I’ve tried to get him)
