Neighbor found this dog and thought it was mine. They were going out so I took him into my fenced yard but my dog would not have any of him and was being obnoxious. I took the dog to bern twp police building to read the chip. They will contact owner on chip. They have the dog at this time. I hope you find your owner sweetie!!
