Effie is home! Animal control called & said they found her in a fenced area a mile or 2 down Chapman Hwy. She is super skinny & stunk like nothing I've ever smelt before, but she seems fine otherwise - think I saw one small wound, but it doesn't seem to bother her much. She's had a bath & is eating some bland food now. Thabks to everyone who looked, past on our message, aand prayed! It worked!
