Last let out to urinate on July 19 around midnight he had no chip no collar cuz his skins delicate he’s constantly itching he barks a lot especially at people he noooo has bad vibes about hes very sweet doesn’t play fetch is an indoor dog just got him in march of 2026 reason hasn’t been chipped is his appointment is not until august he goes by Tutu lives in acampo by post office close to railroad tracks please help bring him home
